Minnie McCain, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 22, 2024 a few months shy of her 90th birthday at home in Collierville, TN. She was born to Wiley BeeBee Sammons and Blanche Bernice Sammons in Hughes, AR on October 10, 1934
Minnie was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley BeeBee & Blanche Bernice Sammons; husband, Louis McCain; her only sister, Lillie Sammons Miller; brother, Edward Ward Sammons and her oldest great-grandson, Jacob Connor McCain Jones.
Mrs. McCain was a member of Bethany Chapel Pentecostal Church of God, a retired homemaker. She married Louis McCain on November 21, 1955 and they were blessed with a daughter, Chris in 1957. She loved gardening, quilting and Red Hat Society.
Minnie is survived by her daughter, Chris McCain Cameron & Walter Dale Cameron of Collierville, TN; one brother, John Willey Sammons & MaryAnn Sammons of The Villages, FL; her grandchildren, Johnny Ray Jones of Benton, AR., Dakota Jones of Anchorage, AK, Ashley & Tyler Walls of Brookland, AR. Great-grandchildren, Jacy Jones Ables, Avery Jones, Max Jones, Nathan Jones, Izabella Jones, Samantha Jones, Oliva Jones, Carson Walls, Grady Walls and Stiles Walls. Great-Great grandchildren, William Ables and Remi Deleon.
Visitation will be Saturday April 27, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM in the Funeral Home Chapel and interment following at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, AR. at pavilion.

Chris, My deepest condolences to you, Dakota, and Ashley for the loss of your mom. She was such a sweet lady and I always loved it when she would come with y'all to my house for Thanksgiving. It's comforting to know she is with the Lord and now pain free. She will be missed. You are all in my prayers.
Ms Minnie was a sweet, kind and funny lady. I loved hearing her and my Mother go back and forth about numerous issues. She was so kind to my Mother. She will be genuinely missed. I know The LORD opened His arms and welcomed her home. My condolences to the family.
Chris, I’m so sorry to learn of Aunt Minnie’s passing. She was always a happy, fun and loving person to be around. I always enjoyed my visits with her.
