Paul Wayne Orman, 78, died peacefully at his home in Crawfordsville on April 21st. He was born on August 22, 1945 in New Albany, MS to JC and Pauline Orman.
He was retired from Ritter Oil Co., the Crawfordsville Fire Department and also served on the Crawfordsville City Council. He was an ordained Deacon and a member of Angels Way Baptist Church. His favorite things included Arkansas Razorback sports, gardening, and driving his Ford Mustang, but more than anything, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is proceeded in death by his brother, Kenneth Orman. He is survived by Bettye, his wife of 59 years; two daughters, Tina Bush (Troy) and Lizabeth O'Neal (Chris); Five grandchildren, John Daniel Bush (Shelby), Caleb Bush (Marie), Lauren Blissitt (Matthew), Sarah Chaney (Ethan) and Christopher O'Neal; 9 Great grandchildren; brother James Orman (Shirley) and sister Shirley Arms.

Bettye so sorry to hear about Paul. Just found out today, would have been at the services. Enjoyed working with Paul thru out the years at Ritter. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Paul was such a special life long friend. We grew up together through church and school. Even though we did not see each other very often, it didn’t take but a few minutes and we were back into our memory days of growing up.
