Raymond Craig Parmer, born on May 8, 1943, departed this life on April 16, 2024.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Willard Parmer, four sisters, Lilly Reed, Sarah Wortham, Jean Adellote, and Barb Rudolph, and his parents, John and Lois Parmer. He is survived by one brother, Carl Parmer and his wife Rose of Cave City along with several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Raymond enjoyed life to the fullest, everyone that met him always loved him. He loved to talk and eat. He loved being outside and playing with the dogs. He also loved to help people.
Pallbearers are Bryson Mohlke, Brandon Mohlke, Darrell Stubbs, Dustin Shockley, Gavin Chambliss, and Robbie Roberts.
Graveside services will be held Friday, April 19, 2024 at 10:00am at the Locust Grove Cemetery with Jeff Eddy officiating.
Visitation will be from 8:30am until 9:30am at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home prior to the service.
Carl it's Melanie in St. Louis. I'm so sorry. When I heard my Mom told me and I'm so sad. He was such a ray of sunshine to everyone. I know he was such a help to Great Grandma Parmer all those years. I really enjoyed the visits we had and seeing him you and everyone. Take it east he and you and Rose will be in my thoughts and prayers. ~Melanie
