Judy Laverne Covington, age 77, gained her heavenly home on April 12, 2024 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born in Judsonia, Arkansas on September 11, 1946 to the Late Billy Drew and Lorene Bramlet (Benskin) Allen.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Eddie Ray Covington, of fifty years. She is survived by two sons, Ed Covington and his wife, Bridget, Billy Ray Covington and his wife, Jana; two daughters, Tammy McCann and her husband, David, Lee Ann Covington; nine grandchildren, Kayla (Sam) Beard, Kari Rae Hood, Kimberly Fowler, Rachia Kreuger, Ed (Britney) Covington, Jr., Raegan (Garrett) Woods, Taylor (Jerri) Covington, Dylan Burl Covington and Sydney Ray Ann Covington; eleven great-grandchildren, Chandler and Molly Beard, Leslie Sailleor, Ellis Fowler and Paul Asher Hood, Ethan Lane, Lynley and Kennedi Covington Jaxon Skillern, Gibben and Gyda Kreuger; one brother, David Allen; one sister, Shirley Johnson and a host of other family and friends.
Judy was the kind of person who ''lived one day at a time'', was assertive and opinionated, but loved and provided for them by making ends meet. She worked at Helen's Cleaners for 17 years. At that time she developed friendships with hundreds of people. She was quite an adventurous person who enjoyed traveling, gardening and loved going on cruises. In her earlier years she was an avid bowler and even went skydiving. She is loved and missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held at 5:30PM Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home.

I never had the opportunity to get to know ms Judy, but I feel like a member of the Covington family ,especially Ed and Bridget and J.R.and Ethan,Reagan and Garrett. my prayers are with the entire Covington Family.
