Lizzie, Sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers!
I regret that I am unable to express my sympathy to her loved ones personally but wanted you to know I have so many fond memories of Aunt Alice. They go back many years to hearing her sing gospels with Alfred at the Church of God in Bassett; visiting with her at the store at Sand Ridge many times; and especially her sweet demeanor, laughter, and her consistent faith and love of our Lord. She leaves an imprint for her children to treasure.
Alice Cissell was a great friend, she will be missed, sending prayers and hugs. We would set and talk for hours. Such a great family.
I have the best memories of sweet Alice. She was my Sunday school teacher all thru my teen years, she was my neighbor, all my life. The Lord will comfort you, He will strengthen you, lean on Him during these difficult days.
My heart rejoices, she is asleep in Jesus, to be awakened at that trumpet sound. Every eye shall behold him.
I loved her.
I'll miss you Momma. Though, I know we will meet again in the clouds as we go to be with Jesus forever.
I love you Momma, and will always miss you. But, God gives me the peace of knowing we will meet again in the clouds, as we go to be with Jesus forevermore.
So sorry to hear about your loss. I know she will be missed. Prayers for the family.
