Robert went to join his wife, Nina Faye Green and the Lord on March 13, 2024 in Bella Vista, AR. He was born the 9th of 11 children in Mounds, Oklahoma to Nelson and May Green on February 13, 1931. He proudly served in the Navy during the Korean War. He married Nina Faye on May 8, 1954, they were married 56 years until her passing. He was a long time employee of the City of Mountain Home Water Department, he retired from his job as Water Superintendent in 1993. He was one of the founding members of the Fellowship Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Mountain Home.
He is survived by one brother, RD Green; one sister-in-law, Diana Green; one son, Richard Green; one daughter, Phyllis Liles (David); 4 grandchildren; 11 Great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private Memorial Service to be performed at a later date.

Bob was a wonderful gentleman. I enjoyed hearing his family history stories. Once we went to Calico Rock with him and he showed us where his family lived at 44. Plus the story about his family moving to Arkansas. So glad to have known him.

So sorry to here of Bob's passing. He was always happy to see us when ever we met him and Nina anywhere. Nina and my mother Ruby and my aunt Ann were cousins. We are losing so many of the generation before us. May the Lord bless and comfort all of his family and friends.
