Frank E. Shaw, 72, of Conway, AR went to be with the Lord, March 2, 2024.
A lifelong resident of Conway, he attended Conway High School, the University of Central Arkansas and earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Mr. Shaw was very dedicated to serving his hometown. He was a member of numerous boards and committees in the area while working professionally as an attorney and real estate developer.
During his 45 year legal career, Frank specialized in criminal defense where he became a strong advocate for mental health treatment and substance abuse rehabilitation.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Estella (Ted) Shaw and granddaughter, Maylee Oates.
Frank was a Christian man and a longtime active member at Central Baptist Church. He enjoyed many sports, traveling, antique automobiles, architecture and studying a variety of historical events.
Perhaps more than anything he enjoyed spending time with his family, many friends and especially his grandchildren who will all miss him dearly.
Frank is survived by his wife, Tammy; children, Kylee Oates (Jacob), Seth Shaw (Eveline), Mckinsie Shaw and Ethan Shaw. Grandchildren, Griffin Oates, Shaw Oates, Fynlee Oates, Shelia Shaw, Meliane Shaw and Miriam Shaw, in addition to numerous other cousins and loved ones.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 2:00pm at Central Baptist Church in Conway. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service at 1:00pm.

Every time I spoke to your dad, he always wanted to catch me up on what you guys were up to. He was so proud of you and his grandchildren. I had the pleasure working with your dad when I was on the city council and he was such a standup guy. Always had a smile on his face and something to say. He will be missed by all. I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Mr.Shaw. His family and partners are in my prayers. He was a brilliant attorney and a kind person. He brought me hope in some very dark times of my life and always made me feel like I mattered. For this, I will always be grateful. He will be deeply missed.

There are so many memories over the 25+ years we have known the Shaw family. We are so heartbroken over the loss of an amazing man. Always a smile, hug & catching up on life! He will be deeply missed.
