Ladon W. ''Don'' Moore, 63, a resident of Altus passed away Monday, February 26, 2024 in Ozark. He was born August 24, 1960 in Walters, Oklahoma to the late Robert ''Bob'' and Joyce Ann (Craig) Moore.
Upon graduating high school, Don served in the United States Marine Corps in Crash Fire Rescue. After his military service, Don worked in telephone construction, most recently as a Construction Manager for Ritter Communications. In his spare time Don enjoyed riding motorcycles. He was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include his wife, Debra Willis of Altus; two sons, Joshua Willis and wife, Tabatha of Altus and Joseph Willis and wife, Ashley of Alix; four grandchildren, Amy and Daniel Willis and Waylon and Raylan Willis; two brothers, David Moore of Fort Smith and Danny Moore of Etna; two sisters, Martha Clay of Springdale and Maggie Corley of Booneville and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.

Donnie was the son I never had. He loves my ribs and homemade rolls or fresh homemade bread . Barely out of the oven he's be standing there waiting to butter them up and eat them. Also I remember Donnie being in love with Debbie for a long time before they finally got together and that was the one thing he truly wanted was a wife and family of his own. Debbie and the boys you guys gave him the best possible life he could have had. Love ya Donnie

When LaDon joined the team at Ritter Communications 3 years ago he quickly became a trusted resource to his coworkers but more importantly, he was a great friend. We will all miss him dearly. Prayers for comfort and peace for all his family and friends.

Don was a little ornery, oftentimes loud, always mischievous, just a big personality but most importantly he had a big generous and loving heart.

O man where to begin.. I started at Ritter shortly after LaDon was hired and it has been a joke between Peter and LaDon that I was hired to be LaDon's "computer guy". Yes it is true that I helped LaDon just about daily with something related to the computer work part of our job and that is time that I wouldn't trade for anything. LaDon has forgotten more than I will ever know for engineering and construction. He leaned on me for computer work and boy did I lean on him for the physical engineering and construction part. I am lost now because we started the day and pretty much ended the day discussing the daily issues,(and to just talk). LaDon I am going to miss you little buddy and I hope your on that gold plated Harley in heaven right now. Debbie and family I am so sorry for your loss and I am just so grateful I got the time I had with LaDon to really get to know him as a person and very proud to call him my friend.

LaDon was my first hire at Ritter Communications when I became a manager. I knew from the first time we met that he was salty and we were going to get along great. LaDon brought a wealth of knowledge to our team but mostly he brought positivity and happiness. I spoke to LaDon almost every morning at 7am. He would always greet me by saying "Good Morning young Man!" One thing that I will take away from LaDon is that I never heard him speak a negative comment about his wife Debbie. He cherished her and loved her so much. He loved his grand babies! I am a better person having known LaDon and I can tell you that our world is greatly lacking men and people like LaDon. I love you buddy see you on the other side.
