Pennie Kathryn (Tabor) Wilbanks, 64, died Wednesday, February 14, 2024 in Clarksville. She was born July 10, 1959 in Mulberry to Ewell Francis and Shirley Annis (Dickerson) Tabor. Penny was a devout member of the Woodland Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing the piano and watching sports, especially the Arkansas Razorbacks and North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ewell Francis Tabor.
Pennie is survived by her loving mother, Shirley Tabor; seven aunts, Paula Duncan and husband, Jack, Aleta Willis and husband, Levi, Bobbie Nichols and husband, Bobby E., Kathy Shelley, Laura Birdwell, Novella Birdwell and Lenolla Simmons; an uncle, Tillman Tabor and numerous other family members and friends.
A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday, February 23, 2024 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel followed by burial at Woodland Cemetery. Bro. Bob Powers will officiate.

I got to spend alot of time with Penny back in the late 80s, out in South Carolona. She was always the life of any party,and could make thebest Margaritia's. She said she learned how, while bartenders for El Chicos. She will be missed and my thoughts and Prayers for her sweet Momma, Shirley and relatives.
