Nancy was a devout Christian and served her Lord and Savior her entire life. She began her working career as an exceptionally talented pattern maker for a little girls clothing company called Toddling Time. She continued her career at Flintrock Shirt Factory in Marshall where she worked as a utility operator. She and her husband, Bill later moved to Jamaica where she worked as a trainer for Flintrock. Nancy relished her role as a mother and in 1985 she met the love of her life, Bill Waitley and the marriage gained her two stepchildren, Lisa Johnson and Roger Waitley. Roger passed away in 1996. The most cherished role for Nancy was being grandmother to grandson, Sam. Spending time with Sam brought her so much joy. They loved sharing many activities, but especially cooking chicken and dumplings and turkey bone soup. Nancy's quiet presence and strong spirit will be greatly missed.
