Paul Rogers, 62, of Wilson passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024. He was born in Osceola, Arkansas on October 11, 1961 to James and Faye Rogers. Paul worked as a farmer, for Viskase in Osceola and American Greetings in Osceola. He enjoyed drag racing, hunting, fishing and working on old cars and trucks. He was a member of Wilson First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Carol Rogers; daughter, Rebecca Johnson (Garrett); grandson, Brenstyn Johnson; brother, Ricky Rogers and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Floyd Rogers and Sister, Helen Rogers.

Was thinking of you today and all the good times we shared together. From before 1st grade on past high school, all the races we had with each other and others. When I think of street racing your the first person that come to mind. You were a great friend, I hope you forgot me for not coming to your funeral. I was and still am having heath problems that kept me from going. I know you would of loved hearing of the 409 I got . You were a great special friend. And think about you all the time. Rest in peace my dear friend. I loved you as a brother

Paul was one of four children but his dad took care of many more kids (scouts) and as Ricky and when Paul got out of diapers, they came along too.
