Ray and I have had the privilege of having Hal in our lives on various occasions. Hal loved life to the fullest in his younger days and he varied on the same. Health issues slowed him down physically but his laidback personality always showed his kind heart. Heavenly prayers my friend. Just pass it over when I see you again. Peace be with Elaine and his family. Hal had good family behind him and a tremendous amount of friends that realize we lost a good husband, Father , Dad, and Grandfather. Prayers to all,
