Oleta Pannell, 85, formally of Osceola, went to her Heavenly Home Wednesday, December 20, 2023 in Paragould, AR. She was born February 1, 1938 in Luxora, AR to the late Olan and Lorie Turner, she was a member of Greater Vision Church in Paragould, she was a Cafeteria Manager for many years, enjoyed cooking, sewing, her church and spending time with her family. She is survived by her two sons, Earl Pannell (Nancy) and Kenneth Pannell (Kathy); daughter, Becky Pearson (Steve); sisters, Lula ''Bell'' Massey, Teresa Ray and Barbara Pearson (Larry); 6 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Aaron Pannell; brothers, Wayne Turner and Paul Turner; sister, Marie Meadows and grandson, Donavon Pearson. Burial will Private.

Becky and family, my heart goes out to all of you with love and prayers. Oleta was my friend and family. I loved when we worked together and I saw her everyday. She could tell some of the funniest stories. I have great memories of being together with your family and just visiting. I will continue to send up prayers and please know that if you ever need me for any reason I am only a call or text away.
God blessed me when he moved me to Ken Drive because I met you and your family. I love you all. May God bless you and strengthen you as you say your final goodbyes.
