It is with very mixed emotions that the family of Linda Alford, beloved wife of Jerome Alford, passed away on November 12 , 2023. She will be sorely missed. The family is comforted knowing her suffering is over and she is in the arms of our Savior.
Linda Marie Hagan was born in Washington DC. At the age of three she, along with her parents and two sisters, moved to Owensboro, KY where she resided until she married and moved to Arkansas.
As a child Linda loved playing baseball, watching wrestling, and dressing up in her sister's poodle skirts.
As a teen and young adult, she rode horses and drove Big Mac trucks, mopeds, and 4-wheelers. She enjoyed dogs, parties, and traveling.
At the age of 23 she put her trust in Jesus, her Savior, and has been a faithful follower since. The Lord was always first in her life followed by family and friends who have all known her for her generosity, fun-loving spirit, understanding and kindness.
Linda has been married to Jerome Alford and has resided in Marion Arkansas for 32 years.
She is survived by her husband; her son, Chris Holder and his wife Carrie; her stepdaughter, Marla Alford; her grandson Hagan Holder; her two sisters, Joyce Haun and Sharon Chanley; two nieces, Jeni Rone and Joelle Leali; seven nephews, and many grand-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Richard Hagan & Fladge Teresa and one brother, Joey Hagan.
The visitation will be held at Victory Fellowship Church in Marion, AR beginning at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, with memorial service to follow at 1:00 pm.

Bob and I are so saddened to hear of Linda’s passing. We will always remember her as a smiling, fun-loving lady. I will never forget Linda in the kitchen at Old School cooking with me while the gals who LOVED to cook were sitting on the porch.
