I am so sorry for your loss. Jeff was such a good friend, mentor and all around person. He was the first one who greeted me with the Corps of Engineers 20 years ago. I still kept contact with him. I will miss him so much. RIP my friend

My husband and I are both retired from the Corps of Engineers and had the pleasure of knowing Jeff. My husband worked in the same office with him for several years. We are saddened to hear of his passing and will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.
