Iva Jean Brumley passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023 at her home in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 86. She was born September 6, 1937 in Des Arc, AR to Sherman Finley and Allie Maud (Morgan) Robison. Iva Jean worked for Southwestern Bell as a telephone operator until retirement. She loved photography and cooking. Her home was the center point of many Thanksgiving and Christmas meals. Most of all, she loved her family, doting on her nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

Iva Jean was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Lydia Earl and Marie "PeeWee" Mitchusson; four brothers, Claude Day, Grady Day, W.T. "Jack" Day and Ervin "Bud" Day; two nieces, Janet Carroll and Nancy Day; nephews, Eugene Earl and Jessie Earl and three great-nephews, Josh Robison, Brandon Day and Chance Mitchusson.

Those left behind to cherish the wonderful memories of Iva Jean include her husband of 65 years, Wayne Brumley; a brother, James Robison and wife, Linda of Trumann; nieces and nephews, John Earl, Yvonne Lafarlett, Brenda Tucker, Lynn Robison, Susan White, Pamela Mitchusson, Lee Mitchusson, Mike Mitchusson, Teresa Mitchusson and Jackie Tihge; many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

Chapel services will be 4 pm Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro. Burial will be held at a later date.

Visitation will precede the service beginning at 3 pm.
