Rickey Dale, 68, of Batesville passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023.
He was born September 6, 1955 in Batesville to Burton and Betty (Smart) Dale.
Rickey was a member of Maple Springs Missionary Baptist Church and worked at Big Red's Retreads and other tire shops. He was a people person who loved to have fun and always wanted to help people. Rickey loved his dog Roscoe, going camping, riding his side by side and listening to the police scanner.
Survivors include his wife, Vicki (Slater) Dale of the home; three sons, Randy Dale of Sherwood, Robbie Dale of Cabot, Christopher Dale of Sherwood; one daughter, Shelby Dale of Hot Springs; six brothers, Kevin Walls, Danny Walls, Mark Walls, Blaine Walls, Terry Walls, Greg Walls; two sisters, Sarah Frazier and Rhonda (Danny) Eason; ten grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Jerry McGee; one brother, Ronnie Dale and one sister, Cheryl Frazier.
A memorial service will be held at Maple Springs Missionary Baptist Church at 2:00pm on Saturday, October 28, 2023 with Bro. Curt Howard officiating.
