Richard Dale Grever, Sr., 77, of Horn Lake, MS, passed away on October 3, 2023. He was born on February 23, 1946, in Memphis, TN, to parents Harry and Dolly Mears Grever.
Richard was of the Christian faith. He loved to fish and gold. He spent his working career as a pipe fitter and welder.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Barbara; and son Richard Dale Jr.
He is survived by his daughter, Tracy Putt of Horn Lake, MS; grandson, Michael Blake Putt (Emily) of Augusta, GA; a great granddaughter, Eva Rae Putt; and one sister, Phyllis Garrett of Horn Lake, MS.

Dear Tracy,
I’m so sorry to hear about your dad’s passing. My dad, William ‘Bubba’ Robertson was lifelong best friends with him. He talks about him often and how he has great memories of their many fishing trips. He has some items he’d like to pass along to Grever’s grandchildren, so please let me know how we can reach you to get these to you.
