Elizabeth Jenkins, age 65, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023 in Moon Lake, Mississippi. She was born on Tuesday, November 26, 1957 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Charles M. Jenkins and Thelma Poole.
Elizabeth was an LPN at Helena Hospital for 36 years. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and working in the yard.
Elizabeth is survived by one sister, Melissa Balderas (Mario) of Moon Lake, Mississippi; two brothers Roger Jenkins (Patty) of Greers Ferry, Arkansas, Charles Jenkins, Jr. (Vanda) of Melburne, Australia; lifetime friend, Betty Mills and a host of nieces and nephews.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents.
A visitation for Elizabeth Jenkins will be held Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will immediately follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Brother Rex Jones will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Jared Jenkins, Roger Jenkins Jr., Marco Sierra, Anthony Biggs, Jason Darby, James Walker. Honorary pallbearer will be Gill Burgess.

I am so sorry to hear that Elizabeth has passed. We worked together in ICCU at HRMC that is where I met her she went to School with my oldest daughter Pam. I hadn't seen her in quite awhile the last time I saw her was at Walking Mart . I really like her and we had lots of fun when we worked together . Was so sad to hear of Lizzie's passing. I knew she hadnt been well and had been suffering with some health problems. I met Liz when we were kids in school. Always had a smile for everyone. She was a great nurse and caring person.
