We did not live close and did not see each other often but I've always considered Margie to be a treasure beyond measure. With each successive time we were together I knew she was super special. She had so many talents and was such a caring person - you could not have known her without loving her dearly. I hate that she is gone but she deserves the rest - and I'm sure she is entertaining everyone in heaven.

Margie was a dear member of Friendship Force of Houston and I had the privilege of traveling with her to Ireland and England. People were naturally drawn to her warm, friendly personality and her delightful Southern accent. We are fortunate to have called her friend and she will be missed. What a gal!
