Scott Koch, 54, of Scranton, Arkansas passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023 in Paris with his loved ones by his side.
Scott was born May 16, 1969 in Dardanelle, Arkansas to his parents, Daniel Koch and Mary Lucille ''Thompson'' Koch. He worked at the Tyson chicken processing plant in Dardanelle for eleven years on the maintenance crew. Scott enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing. He especially loved to take kids that lived in town and never had a chance to learn to hunt or fish out and teaching them how. He was a very kind and loving man who just enjoyed spending time with his family and teaching others about life outside the city.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lucille Koch.
He is survived by his wife of twenty-two years, Patricia (Standridge) Koch; four sons, Matt Koch and wife, Courtney of Scranton, Dalton Mills of Dardanelle, Josh Carr of Dardanelle and Eland Koch of Louisiana; two daughters, Breyanne Koch of Scranton and Lizzy Hickenbottom of Scranton; his father, Daniel Koch of Scranton; two brothers, Kelvin Koch and Michael Koch both of Scranton; ten grandchildren, Bryson Koch, Connor Koch, Corbin Koch, Annalee Koch, Naomi Koch, Clayton Valenzo, Jayden Valenzo, Axel Mills, Harlyn Mills and Phoenix Carr.
A Memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at Roller Funeral Home in Paris. Burial will follow in St. Meinrad cemetery in Prairie View.
Cremation arrangements and memorial service are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
My condolences to all who loved Scott. He was fun, funny, gentle and kind. RIP.

We are so very sorry to hear of Scott's passing ..Been a long time since everyone was around a fire at Ahnes Alley ..one of the memories of him and all his buddies and brothers ..and then Lee worked with him at Tyson Dardanelle..too many of us young ones going too soon..prayers for all of his family
