Prayers of strength and peace for the family. I trust you have many fond memories to keep his spirit alive in your hearts. Mr. Fincher was indeed a special man.
Mr. Larry was a kind and gentle person. He always had an encouraging word. He was a pray warrior and his love for God showed in his devotion to his church, his wife, and his family. What a blessing it was to know him.
Larry was a special supervisor and friend. He was also a good bridge player . Special prayers to the family.
Mr. Larry Fincher was a personal friend! My husband, my daughter and I all LOVED this great man of God! Our family is praying for Mrs. Linda and the whole family! Mr. Fincher always tried to get me to call him Larry!!! I respected this man so much I just couldn’t do it!! He was Rocky’s and mine Sunday School teacher. He was an awesome teacher with a heart for people!! He loved the Lord and I was privileged to know him and call him friend!!! He worked with my daddy at the Corp and they too were friends! I know daddy and him are sharing together in heaven!! That makes me happy!! Blessings to you all!!
I feel like it was yesterday I hunted him down at church to hug him and tell him how happy to see him back at church. He was a very special man and had a special place in my heart. My daddy thought so much of Larry he ask him to perform his funeral service, in typical Larry he declined saying oh no no he couldn’t do that. We loved having that Baring Cross connection at Park Hill. He also taught the best class at BCBC I’ve ever attended “What Baptist believe and Whyâ€. David and I will miss him terribly. â¤ï¸ðŸ™ðŸ¼
I am so sorry to hear of Larry passing. He was a fine Christian man and I thought so much of him and Linda.
Larry Fincher, a true servant of our LORD JESUS. He has been my Sunday School teacher for many years. He has been an excellent teacher, always thoroughly prepared, presenting the gospel message. Our class has been blessed by his example of a faithful servant. We will always have fond memories.
My thoughts and prayers are with Linda and family in the loss of your love one. May you find comfort in knowing that others care. Larry will be remembered.
