Doyle Kent Wilkerson, 61, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on September 11, 2023. Doyle was born on January 5, 1962, to parents Venson E. Wilkerson and Betty Wilkerson.
Doyle was a graduate of West Memphis High School. He received an associate degree from Arkansas State University Mid-South. During his work career, he worked at the former family business, Standard Sheet Metal.
He was preceded in death by his father, Venson Wilkerson; and brother, Dana ''Danny'' Wilkerson.
Doyle Wilkerson leaves behind his daughter, Amber Wilkerson; 2 grandchildren, Harriett Clayton, and Charleston Clayton; his mother, Betty Wilkerson; 2 sisters, Melissa Loper, and Charlotte Wyckoff; 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
A visitation for Doyle ''Kent'' Wilkerson will take place on September 23, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Roller Citizen's Funeral Home, 201 N. Pine Street, West Memphis, Arkansas, 72301.
The family asks any donations to be made to the donor's choice or the 8th Street Mission for Jesus Christ.
