Remembering Maureen from Greenbrier High School. She was a beautiful person with a kind Spirit. Sweet friend.
Rest in Peace, Maureen! Our health prevented us both from attending the services. We went to school at Holland with Maureen many years ago. I moved away when I was in 2nd grade, and now live in Bryant. My cousin, Sharon Gibbs Bone lived in Holland and graduated from Greenbrier before moving to Conway, where she lives now.
Lots of memories from back then - remembering how pretty & sweet she was. We both lost track of her over the years, but our thoughts & prayers are with her family.

Kathy & family, I am so sorry for your loss of Maureen. May God grant you all peace and comfort as only He can give.
There is always sadness in losing a friend, even though we know its only temporary. She was a friend to many and, literally, "Ms Arkansas PTA." She "kept the ship afloat when it was battered," she served in many roles for years fully devoted to Arkansas youngsters. It was truly my pleasure to work, travel and - pray with this strong lady.
Prayers and our condolences to your family. I served with her on the N L R Planning Commission. She was always very helpful on the planning commission always trying to help people may she rest in peace Norman Clifton
So so sorry, thought a lot of Maureen!

I have so many great memories of her growing up as a kid in Rose City. She always had a kind word for everyone. She seemed to always light up a room with her smile and the way she looked the positive in people.
Miss Maureen was such a fine sweet lady! She made such a great impression in anyone’s life that she came in contact with.
I know here family will miss her terribly. But I hope they take comfort in knowing she’s with her beloved family that has gone on before her.
My thoughts & prayers are with the loved ones she left behind

A beautiful person and wonderful cousin. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Maureen was such a beautiful, kind, loving person. Her smile and personality made you feel special and you would feel like you had known her all of your life...cherish the memories, Kathy.
She was always a pleasure to go visit when she first went into Greenbrier Nursing & Rehab facility. She would tell me a little history of her past & always ask about my family. Sure was glad I made those visits while she was there, or talk on phone, or she'd post on FB. I never really knew her when I was young, although we were kin to one another, I only remember seeing her in pictures, & a few family reunions! Prayers for her family as they lay this precious lady to rest.
A good friend for so many years. So many good memories from our early days. It was A special pleasure to be Maureen's friend!
