Betty R. Webb, 81, of Greenbrier entered the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Monday, September 18, 2023.
Betty was born in Mt. Vernon, AR on July 25, 1942 to the late Harrel David and Evelyn (Rogers) Free, she was also preceded in death by granddaughter, Allena Miller; sisters, Sue Atkinson, Mary Hall; brother, Glynn Free and son-in-law, Wayne Hartness.
Betty was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Damascus, AR. She loved and cherished her church family and friends and enjoyed helping in VBS and other activities. After being a devoted stay-at-home Mom and homemaker while raising her kids for 14 years, she had a short stint of working at Polyvend before finishing her 16-year work career at Amtran.
While Betty was an avid lover of the outdoors; hunting, fishing and camping; she especially loved gardening and tending to her beautiful flowers. Her greatest joy was having her family gather for special occasions, especially homemade ice cream. Regardless of where she was living, Betty created special bonds with many of her neighbors.
Betty is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Ralph Webb, Jr; sisters, Margaret Nail (Jim) and Louise Mc Collum (Joe); Children, Danny Casteel (Norine), Janet Nokes (Randy), Donna Hartness, Ledna Johnson (JJ) and James Webb (Krystal); 10 grandchildren, Billy Casteel (Lori), James David Casteel (Alicia), Amy Whitener (Joe), Missy Nokes, Ricki Isom (Steven), Clay Hartness (Heather), Alyssa Johnson, J.B. Jackson, Corey Jackson (Keely), Colby Clark (Carleigh); 17 great-grandchildren, Jacob and Braden Casteel, Berkley, Harper and Reed Casteel, Ben, Jon, Levi and Emileigh Whitener, Harlee and Asher Hartness, Ella and Fisher Isom, McKenzie and Minnie, Jackson and Bailey and Tilley Jackson and a whole host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Betty will be truly missed by all those who knew and loved her, ''Have a blessed day!''
Serving as pallbearers and honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandsons.
The family will receive friends during visitation from 6:00-8:00PM on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier. Funeral Service will be at First Baptist Church, Damascus, on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 10:00AM. Burial will follow at Martinville Cemetery.

Not enough ways to honor this lady. She came and gave regularly to the community food bank, bringing sweet hope, grace, friendship, and His Love.
