Allen William Wilson, 90, passed away in Covington, TN on September 13, 2023. He was born in Burdette on October 19, 1932 to John David and Zelpha Jane Wilson. Allen was an Army Veteran and a member of the Assembly of God Church in Luxora. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, attending church and reading his bible. Allen is survived by sons, Joe (Stephanie) Wilson, Ronnie (Becky) Rece; sister, Bobbie Turner; grandchildren, Kara (Daniel) Robinson, Ross (Katie) Wilson, Jo Beth (Julien) Loeffler, Corey Wilson, Andy (Kim) Rece, John (Jennifer) Rece, Joseph (Missy) Rece, Stacy Deboard, Shannon Delancey, Brandon Delancey and many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Alice Wilson; daughters, Linda Orsborne, Brenda Delancey; grandson, Brian Anders; brothers, Harold Wilson, James Wilson and Sisters, Linda Hughes, Lora Bechal and Wanda June Wilson Buckley. A visitation will be held at Roller-Swift Funeral Home on September 16, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm. Interment: Mississippi County Memoral Gardens.
