I was saddened to see Daisy’s obituary. She and sister Roberta were frequent visitors at my mother’s home -Remonia Haney Dale, their first cousin- where lots of LOUD laughing and tales occurred. The last time I saw Daisy was at mom’s graveside funeral when covid was raging. Even though no one was supposed to be at the cemetery, there sat Daisy smiling when I arrived. She had walked from her home to the Melbourne Cemetery saying she knew she wasn’t supposed to be there because of covid, but she HAD to come. I will never forget her sweet gesture to honor momma….she was a precious lady!
I was so sorry to hear of Daisy's passing. She was a sweet, joyful lady.
