Billy Wayne Dunn, 78, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord August 29, 2023. He was born on July 6, 1945, in Atkins, Arkansas to Chester and Josephine Dunn. He served in the US Army for two tours in the Vietnam War and one tour in the Korean War earning several medals and a Purple Heart, defending our country proudly. He was a Truck Driver his entire life, proudly earning an award for one million continuous miles with no accidents.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Chester (Check) and Josephine (Josie) Dunn and son, John Wesley Ramsey. Billy is survived by three children, Wayne Dunn (Monique); Iris Nichole Oxford (Blake); and Jolene Dunn; along with a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Virden (Carol); Helen Robinson; and Earlene Black along with a host of nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Billy's name to the American Red Cross.

A Celebration of Billy's life will be held at The Rock, 2992 Hwy 113, Atkins, Arkansas 72823 on Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 12 noon-4 pm.
