Bertha Jean Smith, 80, of North Little Rock passed away August 8, 2023. She was born February 14, 1943 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Ms. Jean lived a long, full life. She ran a business in NLR for several years. She was married three times. One was a painter and she worked with him and took care of the books for the business. She was definitely a spitfire; she could argue with you all day long. She would tell me how stubborn and hard-headed I was and I would tell her it takes one to know one! She was a hoot to hang out with. She is and always will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her beloved cat, Pepper; her cousin, Rick Tibbs of MS and Taylor Collins of Roland, AR.

A Gathering of Friends will be from 3:00-5:00 p.m., on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 I-30, Little Rock, AR 72209.
