Carl David Garner, 67, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, died July 27, 2023. He was born in Fort Polk, Louisiana is army hospital, a son of the late Virginia (James) and Carl Garner. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Chelsey Garner and a sister, Vicki Johnson.

He is survived by his son, Gavyn Garner of Florida; daughters, Carrie Garner, Sherry Garner, and his sister, Linda Berry. Carl loved his family.

Carl was a hard worker and Owned a concrete resurfacing business. He also managed several restaurants and hotels; and had CDL class A tanker in hazmat. He was a United States Air Force veteran, serving from 1976-1984.

A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, August 26, at Community Park Church in Alexander, Arkansas.
