Gladys Lamar Warren, 81, a resident of Clarksville passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at her home.

She was born June 6, 1942 in Paris to the late Lamar and Gladys (Brown) Horne. Gladys spent her working years as a nurse, most recently at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. Gladys had a heart for helping others.

In addition to her parents, Gladys was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gene Warren.

Survivors include her son, Wayne Holland of Oklahoma; adopted children in Jesus Christ, Julia and Paulino Gonzalez of Clarksville; two sisters, Mary Turner and husband, Raymond, Sr. of Kansas and Betty Andrews of Clarksville; two nephews, Raymond Turner, Jr. of Kansas and Eric Hanks of Texas and a niece, Robin Barrington of Texas.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville with Pastor Mike Childers officiating. Burial will follow in McFadden Cemetery in Dover under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville.

Pallbearers will be Paulino Gonzalez, Daniel Noble, Aaron Noble, Brian Weigel, William Po and Don Cook.
