Your dear, sweet lady was the best neighbor my husband and I could have ever asked for. She was the first to welcome us to the neighborhood back in 2002. Didn't get to see her very often but it always gave my husband and I such fullness of heart when we would visit her or just give a heartfelt wave. You will truly be missed.
Granny Fern was an awesome woman and we were blessed to have her in our lives!! As a teen, she was my friend’s Momma. Later on, Fern gave lots of love and care to both of our sons when they were young. She gave that same love and support to us as their parents. She was an awesome role model of a Mom, Grandma, woman, and Christian person. Many prayers for comfort to each member of her family.
Wanda & Dale. Loved your mother. She was a wonderful woman
My heart goes out to you. Prayers & comfort at this time.

Although we haven't seen Fern in many years, Ron and I loved her. Both Fern and James were very close friends to us. We went to the same church and spent a lot of time together. Distance (Arkansas-Texas), never changed how we loved those two individuals. May God grant you peace and comfort.
So sorry to hear about your mom. She was such a wonderful lady. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
Hugs & Prayers

Sister Fern was a great woman of God. I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my prayers.
Sister Fern was a very special lady to our family. My husband and I would pick her up for church and she always had a story to tell. Fern always talked about her family and her grandchildren, she loved them very much and they loved her. Sister Fern, was our greeter at church handing out the pamphlets and telling everyone “Welcome to Batavia, it’s good to have you.†I’m sure going to miss her.

I know with all my heart that she is in heaven with her savior . A wonderful Christian woman. Prayers for her children and grandchildren .
