of Mountain View, AR
February 15, 1961 - June 30, 2023
Sheila Elaine Burns of Mountain View left this world to her heavenly home on 6/30/2023 after her long, hard battle with cancer. She was born on 2/15/1961 to parents, James Troy Haney and Gennie Lea Haney (Long) of Mountain View.
Sheila is preceded in death by her loving parents.
She is survived by her children, Wayne Burns, Kelsey and Wesley Brooks and Kyra and Cody Sutterfield all of Batesville. And her grandchildren, Bentley Adam Brooks, Trinity Noel Sutterfield, Bradley James Brooks and Bailey Grace Brooks
Sheila worked hard to provide for her kids as they grew up, but never missed a school or sporting event for her children. She will be remembered as her children's biggest fan. Even into adulthood, she bragged on her kids daily to anyone she spoke to. She was so proud of what her children became. But that all pales in comparison to the joy she had being "SheShe" to her four grandchildren. She could not have a conversation with anyone without showing pictures and glowing with love for these kids.
She was blessed to be cared for in her final days by all three kids who surrounded her with love and helped her leave this world in peace. She was honored well. We will all miss you "SheShe".
Visitation is Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 10:00-11:00AM at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral services will follow the visitation beginning at 11:00AM with Brother Chad Graves officiating. Sheila will be laid to rest at Big Springs Cemetery in Newnata, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are Cody Sutterfield, Wesley Brooks, Dennis Brooks, Dustin Smith, Kris Mealer and Bryan Wilkie.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.

Brings memories of a little girl in a pretty dress who couldn’t stand to get it dirty. She usually failed when I was around.
Sheila was always smiling and so friendly when we saw her. Prayers for your family during this time and the days ahead.
