Thurel C. George, 68, of Paragould, AR passed away Friday, June 30, 2023 at his home. He was born on December 8, 1954 to Henry and Annie (Logan) George. Thurel worked for Delta Toolbox for 45 years before retiring. He was a member of River of Life Pentecostal Church in Paragould.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 15 years, Dorothy (Hanna) George; a granddaughter, Angel George and 3 brothers, Daniel, Paul and Samuel George.
Left to cherish the memory of Thurel are his son, Thurel James (Lauren) George; his daughter, Anita George; grandchildren, Dekota Rains, Joseph Erickson, Hunter George, Jaxon George and Irie George; great-grandchildren, Jalaeh and Grayson Rains and sisters, Lubbie O'Connor and Cathy Owens.
A celebration of life will be held at 11am on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at River of Life Apostolic Church in Paragould, AR, with Bryce Smithee officiating.
Arrangements are under the care of Roller Farmers Union Funeral Home.
