Donna Mae Hofler, 83, passed away peacefully in her sleep Thursday, June 8, 2023 at her home in Pyatt, Arkansas. Her family is deeply saddened by her sudden death.
Born on a lovely summer day in Toledo, Ohio on June 12, 1939 to Wanda Davenport and Willard Crispen.
Anyone that knew Donna knew she was a devoted lover of animals, particularly over the care of her dogs and farm animals. She also enjoyed meeting up with a couple of close friends and family, she also enjoyed doing a little shopping and browsing flea markets and antique shops. Donna was a very special person that had the ability to make lifelong friendships with just a few encounters and always let everyone know her door was always open.
Rest in peace Donna, until we see you again. She is probably having a wonderful family reunion in heaven.
She is survived by her children, Debra Britten, Denise Clark, Dawn Hemsworth and William Hofler Jr.; along with her 24 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents; her mother and father; son, Jimmy; husband, William; sister, Patricia Arce and brother, Basil McDonald.
A Celebration of Life will be 1:00 pm Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville.
