Angie Mae Rudder of Jonesboro passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at St. Bernard's Hospital at the age of 92. She was born September 19, 1930 in Jonesboro to Orion and Myrtle Louise (Crawford) Oden. Angie worked for General Electric until retirement. She was a member of Prospect Missionary Baptist Church and loved going to Jimmy Fortune concerts and was a Cardinal fan.
Angie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 72 years, Herbert "Toot" Rudder, Jr; five sisters, Wanda Pafford, Mary Bennett, Bea Williams, Martha Holman and Annie Ruth Dorton and a brother, Otis Oden,
Those left behind to cherish the wonderful memories of Angie include her son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Carolyn Rudder and a granddaughter, Ashlea Lowery and her husband, Brett.
Chapel services will be 2 pm Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro with Mike Book and Lomer Turney officiating. Burial will follow at Nettleton Cemetery.
Visitation will precede the service and begin at 1 pm for the public.
Jason Pagan, Addison Book, Jerry Heckman, Paul Barnes, James Sturch and Scott Keen will serve as pallbearers. The Sunday School Class of Prospect Missionary Baptist Church will serve as honorary pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, please consider lasting memorials in Angie's honor to the Prospect Missionary Baptist Church, 1603 Hwy 351 N, Jonesboro, AR 72401.

Angie was like a mother to me. I love her completely ! Angie was always helpful with any little thing. I spent many many hours visiting with her and soaking up her great knowledge. I still talk to her everyday!
