Henry E. Ray, 83, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family in Paragould on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. He was born to Robert William and Ruby Ray in Lepanto on November 1, 1939. Henry was a member of the Christian Life Center in Brookland, Arkansas and was retired from Fruit of the Loom. Henry enjoyed woodworking, he crafted doll furniture and many other amazing works. Henry is survived by his loving wife of many years, Teresa Ray; sons, Robert (Laura) Ray and Ricky (Melissa) Ray; grandchildren, Tabitha (Steve) Humphrey, Cody Ray, Jamie (Ashley) Green; great-grandchildren, Alissa, Rosalynn and Raylyn and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Donald Ray; brothers, James Ray and Thomas Ray; sisters, Viola Williams, Berthie Griggs, Kathrine Griggs, Alline Davis and Dolline Fain. A Visitation will be held at Bethel Church in Osceola on Monday, June 5, 2023 from 1:00-2:00 pm, with the funeral service following at 2:00 pm. Interment: Erman Cemetery. I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers for Aunt Teresa and the family. Uncle Henry was such a sweet man and it was very evident that he was a man of GOD. I loved and will miss him.
