Virginia A (Stephens) Hensley, 81, of Batesville passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2023.
She was born May 8, 1941 in Sulphur Rock, Arkansas to Ezra Stephens and Arkie Parrish Stephens.
Virginia was a member of Ruddell Hill Baptist Church and loved reading the bible. She loved her family greatly and in her free time she enjoyed all sorts of crafts.
Survivors include her one son, Stephen (Janice) Hensley of Helena; one daughter, Myra (Steve) Bunting of Batesville; one sister, Peggy (Claude) McCord of Batesville; one grandchild, Jade (Brett) Gutherie and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charlie "Pete" Hensley; one granddaughter, Tamara Hensley; three brothers and two sisters.
Graveside services will begin at 2:00pm Thursday, May 4, 2023 under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home with Alan Brown and Tyler Bramlett officiating. Burial will follow at Barnes Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00pm Thursday, May 4, 2023 at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made in her honor to Ruddell Hill Baptist Church Building Fund, 805 Bethesda Road, Batesville, AR 72501 or a charity of your choice.
I love you Aunt Jenny. I will miss you so much.
