Billie Jean Pizzano, 80, of Jonesboro, AR passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Flo and Phil Hospice House. She was born on March 17, 1943 to Bill and Deana (Mouzy) Baswell. She was a member of North Main Baptist Church. Billie was a waitress and a housekeeper. She enjoyed water aerobics and baking. Billie was famous for her baking and sold a lot of banana bread for her church. She also loved making flower arrangements for Crystal Valley Baptist Church in Little Rock.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Ralph; her parents; a daughter-in law, Jodi Culbertson and a sister, Gina Baswell.
Those left to cherish her memory are a son, Tim Culberson; a daughter, Deanna (Steve) Schummer; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and 3 sisters, Bertha Keesee, Ramona Gordon and Vicki Massengill.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Monday, April 10, 2023 at North Main Baptist Church with Albert Camp officiating. Burial will follow at Philadelphia Cemetery.
Visitation will precede the service beginning at 10am.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Steve Shommer, Mark Mouzy, Randy Mouzy, Rick Faulkner, Michael Mounce and James Harris.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made in Billie's name to Elite Hospice and North Main Baptist Church Building Fund.
Arrangements are under the care of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.

I am so very thankful for the wonderful visit I had with Billie a couple of weeks ago when I was in Arkansas. It’s a memory I will always cherish. I can still hear her sweet laugh….and we certainly had a few that day.
