Mary Lou Berry, 83, of Little Rock passed away March 8, 2023 at her home. She was born January 8, 1940 in Bee Branch, AR to Elsie M. (Loftis) and Dewey McKim.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Berry; daughter, Kelly Berry; parents; brothers, Keith McKim, Bruce McKim, Dwayne McKim, Gerald (Dickie) McKim and son-in-law, Donald Riggan.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim Riggan of Little Rock; two grandchildren, DJ Riggan (Kita) of Little Rock and Gracie Noles (Dakota) of Haskell; two great grandchildren, Harleen and Oliver Riggan and a host of nieces; nephews and many close friends.

She retired from Arkansas Children's Hospital Kids First program, where she loved and touched many hearts through the years.

She and Harold opened their home to many other kids, friends and family through the years and was loved by many.

A memorial and her final resting place will be at Quattlebuam Cemetery in Bee Branch the date and time pending.

My deepest condolences to you and your family. I just saw today that you had lost your mother recently. I think of all of you often. What fun times we had with your Mom & Dad growing up. I often think of your mom singing and doing that donkey whistle. Prayers for you.

Kim, I am so sorry for your loss. Marylou was like a second mom to me, I'm proud to say I was one of those kids she and Harold opened their home to, I have such find memories of that time in my life. I Love you and please know I'm here if I can do anything.

Kim, we are so sorry to hear of Mary Lou's homegoing but I know it's a sweet relief for both her and you. She's now handing out candy to all the little kids in heaven now. We are praying for you and your family.
