Janet Hendricks, age 83, of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Tuesday, February 28th, 2023 at NARMC in Harrison, Arkansas. She was born in St. Johns, Arizona on May 16th, 1939 to Gerald Butler and Mary Edgar Butler.

Janet was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS). She spent her working years as a sales clerk at Montgomery Ward. It was a job she loved very much. Janet enjoyed sewing, quilting and doing bead-work. She was an excellent homemaker. Her presence will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her daughters, Christine Darnley of Marshall and Brenda Perkins (David) of Lancaster, California; grandchildren, Jennifer Alsobrooks (Lindy) of Marshall, Thomas L. Darnley III of Marshall and Yvette "Torrie" Deavers (Chris) of Marshall; great-grandchildren, Patience Vandergriff, Luke Vandergriff (Lia), Trinten Darnley and one little Deavers on the way; one great-great granddaughter, Brooke and three sisters, Marlene Saunders of Nevada, Gary Davis of Arizona and Kay McClellan (Pat) of New Mexico.

Janet is preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Mary Butler and her husband, John Hendricks.

Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Monday, March 6th, 2023 at Rambo Cemetery with Bro. Norman Jenkins officiating.
