Billie Jean Farmer, age 73, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. She was born in Little Rock on January 4, 1950 to her late parents, William D. Oliver and Wilma J. Baker. She attended Central High School prior to graduating from McClellan High School in 1968. She adored her pets and referred to them as her "fur babies."
She is survived by her brother, Michael Bousquet and one sister, Phyllis Courtney; three nephews, Jared Bousquet, Jeremy Carter and Chad Carter and one niece, Amanda Carter.
Services will be private.
Mike, So sorry to hear about Billie Jean. I had been trying to get in touch with her. I knew she was very sick.
BJ, there are many people who will miss you. Rest in peace.
