of Yellville, AR

September 13, 1995 - February 10, 2023

Tapanga Dawn Maxwell, age 27, of Yellville passed away Friday February 10, 2023.

Tapanga was born in Kennett, Missouri to Anthony William Maxwell and Elizabeth Ann (Helt) Maxwell. Tapanga had lived in the area most of her life. She was a member of Church on the Rock in Yellville where she was an avid member. She loved to take selfies, and all animals. Her favorite cat was Fiona,(named after Princes Fiona from ''Shrek''). She was a big Harry Potter and Twilight fan. Tapanga like to fish and play argue with her brother. Most of all she loved to make people laugh. There was never a dull moment with her around. She made a lasting impression, and anyone who met her remembered her.

Tapanga is survived by her mother Elizabeth ''Lisa'' Maxwell of Yellville, her father Anthony Maxwell of Keiser, Arkansas; her brothers: Dakota Maxwell of Yellville, Robert Maxwell of Keiser, Arkansas; Paul Weiss of Kansas, her sisters: Melissa Maxwell-Spears of Keiser, Arkansas; Gloria Cook of Missouri, and many others who claim her as a sister, three nieces, five nephews, and many others that were ''claimed'' nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Rosetta Helt and Ricky Whitlow, and her paternal grandparents Wanda Maxwell and Arthur Maxwell.

A Celebration of Life will be 6:00 pm Monday February 20, 2023 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home Chapel.

Love never disappears for death is a non-event.
I have merely retired to the room next door.
You and I are the same; what we were for each other, we still are.
Speak to me as you always have, do not use a different tone, do not be sad.
Continue to laugh at what made us laugh.
Smile and think of me.
Life means what it has always meant.
The link is not severed.
Why should I be out of your soul if I am out of your site?
I will wait for you, I am not here, but just on the other side of this path.
You see, all is well (ST. Augustine).

Topanga I am deeply grateful to have met you and become your friend. I will always treasure your smile, your hugs and most of all your overflowing love. Rest well young lady..until we meet again
