Arvis Fowler, 83, of Damascus went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2023. He was born in Damascus on August 30, 1939 to the late Jessie Earnest and Clara Mae Fowler. Arvis retired from Rock Tenn after 40 plus years. He was a member of Covenant Church of Heber Springs, Arkansas. Arvis was a loving and devoted family man. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Willard, Charles, Jarl Don and Danny Fowler and sisters, Sybil Walls, Lucille Hartwick and Fay Dean Duncan.
Arvis is survived by his wife of 63 years, Carolyn (Holland) Fowler; daughters, Cindy (Joe) Welborn, Sandra Fowler Roberson and Helen (Robert) Hensley; grandchildren, Brad (Ashley) Sneed, Carrie (Sander) Wood Jared Breedlove, Kyle (Kaitlyn) Breedlove, Mitch (Christie) Hensley; great-grandchildren, Kenan Sneed, Kensley Sneed, Kanon Sneed, Ellie Wood, Emma Wood, Beckett Wood, Jaxon Breedlove, Levi Arvis Breedlove, Jayce Hensley and Jones Hensley; his twin sister, Ardell (Coy) Robinson; sister, Edra Glover and many more family and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 1:00PM at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier, Arkansas. Funeral Service will begin at 2:00PM Wednesday at Roller McNutt with Burial following at Fowler Cemetery in Damascus.
