Jerry Randell Tatum, 72, of Bald Knob, AR passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023. He was born in Manila on February 16, 1950 to Sid and Elwanda Tatum. Jerry graduated from Keiser High School in 1968 and served in the National Guard. He worked in purchasing for American Greetings for many years before going on to work at Advanced Auto Parts in Searcy. Mr. Tatum was an active member of Victory Church in Searcy. He loved working on old cars, trout fishing and spending time with his grandsons, Tyler and Logan. In his last years, Jerry shared a home with his mother and lovingly took care of her. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother, Elwanda Tatum; son-in-law, Michael Teague; grandsons, Tyler and Logan Teague; brother, Bobby (Thelma) Tatum; sisters, Wanda Chism and Cheryl (Ron) Kelton, along with his nieces and nephew and their families. Jerry joins his wife, Barbara Tatum; daughter, Melissa Teague; father, Sid Tatum; brother, Harold Deen Tatum and nephew, Ted Kelton in our Savior's Eternal Kingdom. The visitation will be held at Roller-Swift Funeral Home on Saturday, February 4, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, with the funeral service following at 2:00 pm. Interment is at Rivercrest Gardens. We really enjoyed getting to know Jerry again these last couple of years. I'm sorry he never got to make that trip to Alaska to go fishing with us. We will miss him but we will see him again. Aunt Elwanda and family, we are praying for your peace and comfort.

I have some great memories of you, me, Keith, and Junior in Lilbourn, and Hornersville, and Keiser. We had a lot of fun, and we got into our share of mischief. I know Aunt ElWanda can vouch for that. You, and your brothers and sisters are the best. Rest In His Holy Arms cousin.
