Randy we will all miss you but we know you have gone to be with our Lord. You and I grew up in Jackson TN knowing a lot the same people, especially at the Jackson Sun newspaper and we got to talk about that a lot. You helped Chad a great deal and Vicki and I appreciate that. Keep pushing those buttons on the Mother Board upstairs.....
Tony, Vicki, and Chad

Randy there are just not enough words to say how much you mean to this family . You were there for our son when he was at John 3 and he will always be greatful you were a part of his life
You made a huge difference in many lives at John 3 and now you are sitting in the presence of God what could be better than that
Continue to look out for all your boys as you would call them because they will need you when they are trying to figure out why you are gone! And how to go on
Many prayers for your family

I met Randy when he married our staff member Melinda it never seemed to bother him when all 40 of us girls yelled Uncle Randy every time we went to 316 he will be so missed but the angels are singing and I'm sure Randy is making sure the mixing board is ready for their song !
Melinda,
My heart breaks for you & your family. You will be in prayers.

Randy was ahead of electronic everything and I’m not electronic anything but he always would go out of his way anytime he saw me around and would find something about me he could semi relate to and have conversation. That helped me a lot and made me feel special enough that someone that was so preoccupied and busy, wanted to be friends with me and I needed that especially during that time. He gave me so much needed encouragement when I first started singing at John 3:16 and that also meant a lot because he was at all the practices! He always called me by my name and made me feel so special. God blessed you and for that I am thankful. Look forward to seeing you in heaven at that section reserved for John 3:16 graduates that would have never known Jesus intimately if hadn’t been for the program.
I have known Randy for several years.
I word on several events with Randy an it was always a blessing working with him. It always put a smile on my face when I would lookup an see Randy walking in with the guy an I knew it was going to be a awesome day. He will be missed Fly high Randy.
I’ve known Randy for some 20 years and could always count on a smile on his face. I have had the pleasure of working alongside him on various projects and loved it, as he was always the consummate professional. The camp always seems to be blessed with someone to fill the gap as one moves on. There will be someone to take over the electronics responsibilities, but there will never be another Randy.
I am saddened to hear of Randy's passing. I have great memories of him when we were all teenagers in the late 70's and early 80's in Jackson. He was kind, smart, and funny. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. Rest in peace.
Our hearts are so sad with Randy's passing. He was such a blessing to all the men at John 3:16. He always had a smile and hug for everyone. Randy will be missed but not forgotten by many.
RIP with the Lord.

Randy was a wonderful man who loved the Lord and his family. I am so proud I got to know you! Sending hugs to your kids and grandkids and all who loved you.
Randy was always so kind, never saw him loose his temper. Praying for his family and friends. I have no doubt that he is in the arms of our loving Savior.
I met randy at John 3:16 and no matter what you could always go to him for honest advice. He always respected me and I always respected him. We loved to talk about riding Harley’s and what work we did to them. He was such a collective and calm faithful man. He will be missed, there is no doubt about that.
Randy always spoke to me and called me by name. He was smart, kind, and had a willing heart.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends, and everyone who had the opportunity to know him.
He’s still working. Heaven is a place of commerce. That is the comfort and peace we have through faith that Randy is doing better than ever.
Jesus welcomed Randy because he so loved him and he was a good and faithful servant.
Randy was.a true servant of God . Always remain behind the scenes . And would encourage all the men at John 3:16 he’ll be missed
Thank you for handling so many things that none of us knew about. 'Til we meet again, love you Randy.
I am so sorry to hear about Randy. He was a great guy. Randy was a former newspaperman and when I was still at the local newspaper we had a lot of conversations about printing, presses, deadlines, etc. I covered John 3:16 and he was always wonderful to work with. Even after I left the Guard I continued to write and help put together press releases for J3:16, and he was always helpful. He will be missed.
It was great working with Randy at The Jackson Sun! Randy was a sweet guy, very talented & will be missed. Rest In Peace Randy ðŸ™ðŸ™
