Jimmie,
You've been gone barely over a week...and I had no idea how hard it is to say goodbye. You were the quintessential father-in-law. Hard to break into your family while dating your younger daughter...but so giving with unconditional Love once you accepted I'd not give her up. Thank you for your leadership and the gentle demeanor you instilled in your girls! You fought the hard fight at so many levels...and earned victory with our Lord in Peace. Whenever I look to a dictionary for the term "Mentor"... I see your face. You are missed so much, Love Kevin and your family!
My condolences to your family during this time. May God wrap His arms of comfort around you during this time.
Jimmie you will be missed.
Dear Donna, Cindy, Tammy and all the Whitfield family, I was so sad to hear of Jimmie's passing. Bob and I thought the world of him and Bob so enjoyed their many fishing adventures.
I pray that God will grant each of you His peace, comfort and strength for the days ahead and may you find joy in your memories following the sadness. Love, hugs and prayers!
Dear Jonna, Tammy, Mammaw Donnie and family,
As you know, I've only had the opportunity to meet Jimmie this past summer. I wish I got to know him so much sooner in life. But what I do know is this... he was such a special man and boy was he ever loved! It was truly an honour to not only meet Jimmie, but to be able to spend time with such a truly incredible family.
I know how much he meant to each and everyone of you and I'm certain he touched the lives of many others. He will be definitely missed. And although he is not here in the earthly sense, I know without a doubt that he is now at peace with his Heavenly Father.
May the Lord comfort you all during this time of sadness and grief. I will continue to pray for peace for each and every one of you.
Much love,
Desirée and family
Condolences and prayers for you and your family, Cindy and Tammy.
You were apart of my life for along time. I'm so glad I got to see you the first of December before I left. I will take care of Tammy and your family. Love you Audi
Dear Donnie Jean, Cindy and Tammy we are so very sorry for your loss! Our thoughts and prayers are with you all and your family. We love you all!
Donnie Jean, Cindy, Tammy -- You have my sincerest condolences. I too grieve. Jimmie was my best friend growing up. As youngsters we picked strawberries and you girls. Double dated, got married, and "honeymooned" together. Precious memories. I am sure Bonnie welcomed Jimmie to Paradise.
Donnie, Cindy, and Tammy - our love and prayers.
NEVER have I EVER met a family so loving and devoted. I met this amazing family at a time we were both in need. They were the family I didn't have. Jimmie & Donnie became the grandparents I no longer had. From day one, I wanted to protect them. Keep them happy & healthy. The Lord blessed me with an amazing bonus family and I will forever cherish all the memories I shared with Jimmie. There are so many, in what little time I had with him. He was laughter when I needed it and stubborn enough to keep me on my toes and focused, but you could always see the love and appreciate in his eyes. There are never going to be enough words to describe how amazing and loved he is.
Forever in our hearts.
I love you, Mr. Jimmie. â¤ï¸
Jimmy, got our family started water skiing. Our family loved the times on the lake. Jimmy has left a Legacy and was a great Christian man who loved people. Uncle Jimmy will be missed.
Donna: Mary and I are so sorry for your loss. We have many great memories of our time spent in Russellville. Jimmie taught me so much about the natural gas business and leadership and you were always so sweet to us as you treated us like family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
When Jimmie, Donnie Jean and the girls first moved to Little Rock they lived across the street from my family and on the same block as Becky and her family. It was so nice to have family in the neighborhood. Though it has been several years since we have been together Jimmie and his family hold a special place in our hearts.
We spent many hours together on the golf course, working together at Arkla and just being friends. Jimmie will be missed by Billie and me. Billie and and I will hold Donna and Jimmie in our hearts forever. Donna I just send you this note. “Jimmie is not gone he just doesn’t live in Mountain View any more†He will be missed.
So very sorry for your loss Donnie Jean, Cindy and Tammy💗 My thoughts and prayers are with you all and your family. Love to all
