Sylvia Marie Williams, age 82, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at her home.

Sylvia was born June 4, 1940 in Summit, Arkansas to John David and Sinia Jane (Hurt) Richardson. She had worked as a secretary at the milk plant. A lifetime resident of the area she was Baptist by faith. Sylvia was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She enjoyed bowling, camping, bluegrass, playing cornhole and in her younger years she enjoyed riding horses.

Sylvia is survived by her daughters, Amanda James, Annona Williams, both of Yellville, DeAnna Scallion of Branson West, Missouri; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Robert James; her daughters, Cynthia Louise Aaron, Iwana Williams, Phyllis Williams; her brothers, R.C. Richardson, John Clifton Richardson and her sisters, Mary Ann Patton and Drucilla Richardson.
