Arthur Dueal Stoker, age 84, a veteran of the United States Army and National Guard, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022.

He served honorably, achieving rank of Sergeant and retired after 20 years of service.

The son of Arthur Lee Stoker and Mary Marie Baird Stoker, Arthur grew up in Mount Vernon, Arkansas.

He was born September 30, 1938 in Faulkner County, Arkansas.

Arthur is survived by his sisters, Jewell Casey, Lavern Andrews, Martha Frances Tippey and Joyce Worthington.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jean Young Stoker and his brothers, William Stoker and Lester Stoker.

His family remember his military stories and love of cooking.

Visitation for Arthur will be on Wednesday, December 14, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 JFK Blvd, North Little Rock.

Graveside service is Thursday, December 15 at 10 a.m. at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 W. Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock.
