Wilma Lawrence of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord on December 8, 2022. She was born January 3, 1935. She has joined her parents, Jim and Iva Herron and two sons, Jimmy and Danny Dozier. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Caroll Lawrence. Also left behind are their children, Sherry Measel (Mark), Ric Hess, Kelly Lee and her unofficial son, Dennis Bradley.
Wilma had three grandchildren, Alisha Karabinus (Terry), Nathan Hess (Ashley) and Jorgi Hess; five great-grandchildren, Jack, Maddi, Charlotte, Zander and Steeler.
As an only child Wilma loved her cousins, Dewanna, Connie, Billy and Leonard, as much as siblings. Wilma was a member of Little Rock Church for many years. She had many friends there that she regarded as family. Due to her illness, she was unable to attend in-person services but kept up by watching services online. Wilma was confident that her next destination was Heaven and she was at peace with that.
Funeral services will be at 11 A.M. Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home Chapel, 10900 I-30, Little Rock, AR. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will follow at 2:00 P.M. at Mountain Valley Cemetery, Mountain Valley, AR.
Wilma was a beautiful soul. Love her and will miss her smiling face. Prayers for Caroll, Ric, Sherry, Kelly and all the family. Very sorry. Love Teresa
Wilma Lawrence, she was such an encouragement in so many ways,
She fed us emotionally by her presence, and spiritually by preparing the Lord supper bread for many many years, She supported are Joyful Noise, singing group forever with smiles, suggestions, & encouragement.
What a joyful person to be around… we will miss you, Wilma!

Wilma was an inspiration in so many ways. Her joy was constant and her smile was always ready. I will miss her.
We loved seeing Wilma on Sunday mornings! She was so spunky and determined to walk through the church doors no matter how she felt. We were privileged and honored to know her!
